I am a mum with a wonderful, fantastic, amazing 22 year old daughter who has a diagnosis of BPD/EUPD. We are country gals – I live with my daughter, a dog and a cat in a village in England.
I’ve decided to stay anonymous for the moment, so that I can write openly and honestly without worrying about how it might impact other parts of my life or my daughter. This may change, who knows? I’m playing it a bit by ear…
Hundreds of thousands of people live with BPD in the UK. And it can have a profound and devastating impact on their lives and the lives of their loved ones. And yet I’ve found getting information and support incredibly hard, so I’ve made this site.
It’s written for people who care about and live alongside someone with BPD. I am a lay person describing my own experience and trying to interpret the science.

Journal – Personal reflections on my day to day life with my daughter, and the impact my daughter’s BPD has on me.

Science & Therapy – Articles written in plain English, with a focus on what is useful to caregivers.

Resources & Reviews – books, TV shows, apps, podcasts, and self care tools I’ve tried.

Help Right Now – crisis contacts and urgent support.
